Operating across Bangladesh, Ankara Properties specializes in joint venture (share-based) apartment development — working closely with landowners to turn their land into modern residential and commercial buildings, benefiting both the landowner and future homeowners. Our core business model is built on a simple yet powerful principle: we partner with landowners under a share-based agreement, take full responsibility for designing, planning, and constructing the building, and upon completion, the developed units are shared between the landowner and Ankara Properties — which we then market and sell to homebuyers and investors.
